A central calendar is at the heart of ArtifaxEvent, providing one source of the truth for your entire organisation. Drag and drop events on the zoomable wall-planner, or quickly scroll through what’s happening in a colour-coded list.
Set permissions to restrict access to rooms and events. Create your own calendar filters and use these for reports, as well as publishing them to other calendar applications (including Outlook, Google Calendar and iCloud Calendar), your website and foyer displays.
Produce function sheets directly from the calendar: they’ll automatically include the custom data fields you’ve added for your bookings.
