Artifax Event v4 - UK Release

megaphoneWe’re delighted to announce the release of browser-delivered Artifax Event in the UK.

For those of you not based in the UK, our public Beta programme is currently underway with release scheduled for April 2014 once all internationalisation features meet our acceptance criteria.

Artifax Event v3 (Classic) - Latest Release

Our latest release of Artifax Event Classic, the snappily numbered version 3.31.3231, is now available for download from our Help Centre, where you’ll also find the technical specification and release notes together with updated user guides incorporating new features.

There are new releases of Artifax Event Online, Artifax Calendar Share, Artifax Staffing Online and three integrations (Tessitura, PatronBase and The Patron Edge) too, so please upgrade all the modules and integrations you use at the same to ensure that they work seamlessly with the core product.

Upgrade files are free as part of your annual support and update agreement, but do let us know in advance if you are planning to upgrade and we’ll make sure that we’re available to provide any assistance you may need.

Product Branding

Artifax Event v3 is now Artifax Event Classic to distinguish it from browser-delivered Artifax Event v4, now simply called Artifax Event.

Please keep an eye on the roadmap in our Help Centre, which sets out the planned functionality for both products over the coming months.

Artifax Event v4 Discovery Sessions - New Regional Dates

If you are currently using Artifax Event Classic and would like to have a look at the browser-delivered version of our software, then a discovery session is for you.

We’ll show you the software live in the cloud, discuss how it differs from Artifax Event Classic and explain how and when you can upgrade.

We’ll be at the following clients’ venues over the coming weeks:

Sessions are free of charge, but places are limited, so please book as soon as possible.
