Create Multiple Sites
Creating a site in ArtifaxAgora is easy. You can do it yourself and no training is required. You decide what it’s called, what it does, the data it contains, how it looks and who has access. A site can be standalone or embedded in your existing website.
Your site could be for internal users who require simplified or focussed workflows, or for external prospects or customers. You might configure a single site for all purposes or decide that you need multiple sites, each with its own branding, features and settings.
Your sites are synchronised in real time with your installation of ArtifaxEvent, ensuring that both systems are always up-to-date.
The ArtifaxAgora platform can be accessed from anywhere, but you can control who can access each of your sites.
The rules you set work in combination to offer maximum flexibility. Once a user has access to your site, the information they can see is controlled dynamically, according to their relationship with each record. For example, you might configure the calendar so that everyone can see the name and type of every booking, but only the customer can see additional details.
The Future Is Bright
Future features will include the ability to process payments as part of the Venue Hire Wizard and to settle outstanding invoices, editing and cancellation of events, and the submission of artistic works for consideration by festivals.
The core of ArtifaxAgora is the What’s On for one or more internal and/or external sites. A range of additional modules is available.
