Annual bonuses are awarded at the end of the financial year, based on company and personal performance. Everyone gets a Christmas hamper! We also have a staff suggestion scheme.


We have a big Christmas party, usually at a client’s venue. Past events have included a winery tour and wine-tasting, a circus evening and the pantomime, plus dinner, of course. There’s also an outdoor summer event and plenty of ad-hoc pub and other nights.

Software Consultant


We’re looking for an exceptional individual to provide user-driven services to our clients, including training, support and documentation.

Full training will be provided, although an interest in the performing arts or experience of working in a venue or an events team are desirable.


  • Permanent
  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm
  • Based at our Head Office in Epsom (35 minutes from Waterloo)

  • Deliver process-driven system configuration consultancy to enable customers to make the most of Artifax products*
  • Take the lead on medium and large-scale implementation and upgrade projects
  • Conduct training sessions on customer premises, at the Artifax Head Office and online based on training plans and course outlines*
  • Deliver product-focused webinars to users
  • Write and maintain training and other product-related materials
  • Assist the Report Development team in the writing of detailed custom report and functionality specifications in consultation with clients
  • Provide internal product-related training to staff
  • Provide cover for the 1st Tier Support team
  • Attend conferences (internal and external)
  • Participate in regular team and company meetings

* This will involve travel outside of normal office hours and regular periods away from home
