We have some of the most fabulous clients in the world, including household name theatres, festivals, museums, galleries, visitor attractions and places of worship.

Location

Our bright, airy offices are within a couple of minutes’ walk of Epsom’s town centre, train station, playhouse and parks. Epsom Downs and the Epsom Downs Racecourse, home to the most famous flat race in the world (The Derby), are nearby. We have cycle shelters facilities for anyone who pedals to work.

People

We’re a friendly, collaborative, open and diverse team. Many of us have a background in venue management, running events or in the performing arts.

Pension

Artifax contributes 3% of your basic salary to a Group Personal Pension Plan.

Holiday

Holiday entitlement increases each year up to a maximum of 29 days, plus Bank Holidays.

If you’ve childcare or other commitments, we’ll do our best to accommodate these. We’re happy to offer part-time roles and job-sharing too.

Artifax Software creates market leading venue management solutions for venues in the arts and culture sector. Our clients – theatres, galleries, museums, arts centres – rely on our software to efficiently manage the complex bookings and logistics that go with running their organisations.

Artifax Software is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead on the development and execution of the marketing strategy, working with the sales team, to generate new leads as well as managing existing relationships with Artifax customers. You will find the role especially rewarding if you like to take ownership of the marketing strategy from concept to execution, and to directly impact business strategy and revenue generation.

​Job Description

  • Develop and execute the marketing plan focusing on growing and retaining our UK Clients
  • Manage and deliver B2B marketing campaigns (print and digital) spanning multiple touch points (blogs, social media, white papers, press releases and case studies)
  • Demand creation and lead generation. Work in partnership with the sales team to achieve high conversion rates from lead to revenue
  • Establish market positioning, identify target audiences, and develop integrated marketing plans.
  • Manage the Artifax website including design, content and execution.
  • Overall responsibility for our day-to-day marketing communications across all our channels.
  • Increase engagement across Artifax’s social media channels – Blog, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook
  • Manage relationships with our external copywriter, providing blog ideas and arranging case studies/interviews.
  • Manage Artifax’s programme of events & exhibitions
  • Support the marketing leads of the international distributors of Artifax Software

Person Specification

  • Around 5 years’ demonstrable experience of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns.
  • The ability to represent Artifax to the highest standard
  • Confidence in presenting to a wide range of audiences on a variety of topics, as well as developing a case for change to persuade and influence your peers.
  • Comfortable with using social media platforms

Desirable

  • Experience of technology/cloud software (SaaS) marketing
  • An interest/experience in the performing arts or of working in a venue
  • Experience with the following systems: Adobe Creative Cloud, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, HubSpot, MailChimp
